In Cloud 3D modeling program
Tinkercad is a simple program that allows everyone to create a 3D model. It is highly recommended to those who are beginners in the 3D modeling field.
This is the first of a long series of lessons. I’ll teach you how to use Tinkercad at its best for the 3D printer.
The ideal is to start using this program in Cloud, but how do we do it?
With “Cloud computing” we mean using the Internet as a channel of distribution of services, from the creator to the final client.
A “program in Cloud” is just like a normal program installed on a PC, but it is available online, so you log in from your browser.
Advantages of Tinkercad
Tinkercad is ideal for those who want to create everyday-objects. You can obtain 3D models starting from cylinders, spheres, cones, triangles and so on.
Tinkercad is great also for graphic designers because of its compatibility with the .svg format. This way you can easily create 3D graphics, that can be 3D printed anytime.
You can also import .stl format files; you can modify and personalize them!
